Computer Requirements:

1. Pentium 4 or faster is recommended.

2. Mozilla Firefox 2.0 or later, Microsoft Internet Explorer 6 or later for Windows. For Macintosh systems instal Flip4Mac and under the "player" tab, check "Create streaming movies".

3. Computer speakers, either internal or external, so that the teachings can be heard.
